Revival Interiors is a California-based residential Interior Design Studio, focusing on projects of all sizes - from full home builds and remodels to single room designs. Our full service design service helps clients with space planning, layouts, materials and finishes selection, millwork and cabinetry design, wall and ceiling treatments, furnishing selection, art and other decor. At the core of our design philosophy, we believe homes should not look like hotels or showrooms, rather they should feel collected and layered while still being calming and restful.
Our designs balance modern minimalistic silhouettes with old world charm. We love hunting for vintage pieces from all over the world. Vintage furniture, vintage rugs, aged pottery, patinaed brass candlesticks, old world paintings - all add soul and character to spaces we design.

Meet Chitra, Founder and Principal designer
Chitra is a designer dedicated to creating functional and beautiful interiors with details that delight the eye. While Chitra's design aesthetic draws from a number of eclectic influences, her primarily goal is to create spaces that are intimate and layered.
Chitra believes that homes should feel collected and curated, and not overly designed like showrooms. She loves designing spaces with special moments like built-in shelves, dining nooks, reading nooks and other intimate seating areas. Her designs try to achieve balance in scale, texture, color and pattern. She loves adding soul and charm using vintage and hand-crafted pieces.
Chitra strives to deeply understand how clients want to live and then develops a story around how the home should feel - in the mornings during the rush hour madness, in the evenings while making dinner, when winding down in the night, when enjoying a quiet moment in the morning before kids wake up or when entertaining friends and family. This then guides a creative vision that is truly reflective of the client's desires.
